1. Who are we?

Sistemas Informáticos de Negocio, S.L. is responsible for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the services identified in this privacy policy (the “Web Site”). Our identification data are:

What information will we collect from you?

– The data you provide us directly.

When you contact us through the channels provided for this purpose, such as the contact form, we may collect information about you, or when you send us your resume to work with us or register as a customer.

When you contact us we will ask for your express consent to collect your email address, your first and last name, your phone number and the company you work for, as well as other information about your professional profile and academic background in case you are applying to work with us.

So that the information provided is always updated and contains no errors, you must inform SIDN, as soon as possible, of any changes to your personal data by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@sidn.es.

Likewise, by clicking on the “I accept” button (or equivalent) incorporated in the aforementioned forms, you declare that the information and data you have provided in them are accurate and truthful.

When you browse, various cookies and other tracking devices may be installed on your device, as explained in our Cookie Policy.

3. What is the origin of your data?

We consider that all the data processed by SIDN have been freely provided by you when you contact us, when you register as a customer or when you interact with us through our social networks (as we explain in detail in point 8).

In the event that the personal data provided is that of a third party, you warrant that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and have obtained their authorization to provide the data to SIDN. Likewise, you guarantee that the data provided are accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation.

How will we use your personal information? What services do we provide?

SIDN is responsible for the processing of personal data for the following purposes and in accordance with the following legitimate bases:

– Based on the contractual or pre-contractual relationship:

  1. To provide you with our services and to manage the corresponding payment, attend to any type of incident or request derived from the same.
  2. Evaluate the resumes received, and manage the selection processes.

– Based on the existence of a legitimate interest of SIDN:

  1. To keep you informed about SIDN’s products and services, as well as to send you news, notify you of events and other activities that we carry out in SIDN, by conventional and/or electronic means (e-mails, SMS, …), related to the products or services that we market and that may be of interest to you.
  2. Conduct internal reviews and, if necessary, contact the customer in the event that fraud or identity theft is detected or there are reasonable suspicions of fraud or identity theft.

– Based on the explicit, free and unequivocal consent that, where appropriate, you give us at the time of collecting your data:

  1. Installation on your device of various cookies and other tracking devices, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
  2. In case you are not our customer, we will send you our Newsletter in case you want to know what we are doing in SIDN.

5. With whom do we share your data?

All communications of personal data that we make are necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes, or are made to comply with a legal obligation. In this regard, we may communicate your data to:

  1. Public administrations and the administration of justice, and to law enforcement agencies in compliance with the legal obligations applicable to us.
  2. Companies that provide IT services, tools or IT infrastructure on which the services provided by SIDN are based, such as hosting providers, CRMs, emailing service companies, etc.

In this regard, we inform you that any transfer that occurs will be made taking into account all the necessary legal safeguards. We also ensure that we sign specific contracts with all our service providers in accordance with the regulations.

Similarly, SIDN guarantees that in the case of suppliers located in countries outside the European Union or other countries not considered adequate in accordance with data protection regulations, the necessary precautions are taken to ensure that the data can be transferred securely, either because the supplier offers adequate guarantees, through the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, or because any of the exceptions set out in the regulations are complied with.

What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:

  1. Right of access: you will be able to obtain information about the type of data we process, as well as the origin of these data and the communications made or planned to be made by us.
  2. Right of rectification: you may modify any data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  3. Right of deletion: you may delete your personal data except as provided in the RGPD itself or in other applicable regulations that determine the obligatory nature of the conservation of the same.
  4. Right to request the limitation of processing: you may limit the originally intended purposes of processing when the accuracy, lawfulness or necessity of the data processing is in doubt, in which case, we may retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims.
  5. Right to object to the processing: you have the right not to have us process your personal data or to stop the processing of your personal data when the legal basis that enables us to process it is legitimate interest.
  6. Right to data portability: you may receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.
  7. Right to revoke consent given to SIDN.

You may exercise your rights at any time and free of charge by sending an e-mail to the Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpo@sidn.es or by sending a written request to the address: Avenida Gran vía, 16 (18010) Granada.

We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that we have committed a breach of data protection legislation with respect to the processing of your personal data(www.aepd.es).

7. Retention Periods and Cookies.

We will only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide you with these services. Any of the data you provide through the channels will be blocked as long as they are no longer necessary to manage the service and will only be available in case there is a legal obligation (derived from a request of the State Security Forces or Courts and Tribunals) as well as when you exercise your rights.

In relation to your personal data obtained through the channels, SIDN uses cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

8. How do we treat your data in our social networks?

  • What data do we process?
    • By joining our social media pages or becoming a follower of our Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram accounts we will have access to the data you have chosen to publish on social networks, such as your name, alias, nickname or nickname, your photo or avatar, as well as the rest of the data included in the profile.
  • What do we use them for?
    • We will use your data only to manage the normal use of our social networks, and may reply to you publicly or privately, depending on the situation, or republish any message written by you using the tools or functions provided for this purpose by the social networks.
  • What gives us the right to process your data?
    • The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your data on social networks is your express consent given through the acceptance of the privacy conditions of the social network in question and the link with SIDN that you have authorized or requested. We inform you that you can withdraw your consent at any time through the mechanisms enabled in each social network to undo the link with SIDN.
  • How long can we process your data?
    • We will treat your social network data indefinitely until you exercise your right of deletion before the social network or withdraw your consent or stop following us.
  • To whom can we communicate your data?
    • In general, SIDN does not extract your data from social networks or communicate them to third parties. However, the simple use of the tools or functions of the social network implies the communication of your data to the other users of the social network in question, so you should be aware of the consequences of the use of social networks.
  • Where is your social media data hosted?
    • Your social network data is hosted exclusively in the information systems of each of the social networks. Normally, these systems are located in countries outside the European Union whose legislation does not provide an adequate level of data protection in the opinion of the European authorities. SIDN recommends that you consult the privacy conditions of the social network in question and verify the guarantees it offers in terms of data protection.

SIDN is not responsible for the acts, tools, mechanisms, functions or procedures of social networks. Any claim for a violation caused by a specific social network must be directed against the company that manages or is responsible for the social network itself.

9. Security and confidentiality.

We are committed to the security of your information. In order to prevent unauthorized access to or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and physical measures and management processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

10. Minors.

Minors under 14 years of age may not use the services available through the Website without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts performed through the Website by the minors in their care, including the completion of the forms with the personal data of such minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them. In this regard, and to the extent that SIDN does not have the capacity to control whether or not users are minors, parents and guardians must enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the Website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and SIDN shall not accept any liability in this regard.

11. Update of the privacy policy.

We make our best efforts to keep our privacy policy fully updated. If we make changes, they will be clearly and specifically identifiable, as permitted by the relationship we have established with you (e.g., we may communicate changes to you by email).
